• Appointments are to be strictly within the allocated time frame to be fair to all our customers. If you require more time, you can book a follow up consultation on an alternative day.
• We ask that you wear minimal make up, no fake tan, and ensure clean hygiene.
• Any damage made to the gowns/products either accidental or intentional will be payable by the booking contact
• Employee requests will be met whenever possible, however are not guaranteed
