Bridal Special Order:
- A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total price is due at time of ordering.
- Payments can be made via EFTPOS, credit card, direct deposit, or through a third-party payment provider (e.g. AfterPay, ZipPay or Coogans Finance).
- Honey Fawn Boutique does not accept any exchanges or refunds on special order items.
- You are required to collect your items within 7 days once contacted for the manufacturer's warranty to be valid.
- Storage fees of $30 per month will be applicable for any items not collected after 30 days.
- The purchased items remain the property of Honey Fawn Boutique until all monies have been paid in full.
- Once items have been collected and leave the premises, they are no longer the responsibility of Honey Fawn Boutique and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or compensation in the case of a fault.
- Non-collection of goods:
- If customers do not collect their goods within 3 months of being contacted, then the contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will be forfeited to Honey Fawn Boutique.
- No refunds will be provided for non-collection.
- Stock that is not collected will be returned to the floor for sale.
- Honey Fawn Boutique cannot provide a guaranteed estimate of an in-store arrival date for ordered items, and is not responsible for any deliveries delays that may occur. Extra delivery times are required over the Christmas and Easter Holiday periods. Honey Fawn Boutique will intend to update the customer as much as possible where delays occur.
- Gowns are made to order to the standard generic designer size charts, therefore alterations are likely to be required at the cost of the Bride. The body measurements recorded at the time of ordering are to be used to guide to the closest size and will not reflect a made to measure gown. If in-between sizes, the largest size will be selected unless advised otherwise.
- Alterations are NOT included in the cost of the gown, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Honey Fawn Boutique can recommend a seamstress for alterations but take no responsibility over the process and cost structure.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the ordered size is correct at time of ordering, including any alterations required from weight loss/gain, plastic surgery, pregnancy or substantial body change.
- In lieu of a formal written acceptance, any payment made towards the purchase is considered a formal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

- You are deemed committed to purchase the garment that is special ordered on your behalf.
- Honey Fawn Boutique will contact you as soon as it arrives in store.
- The remaining balance is due within 1 week of delivery to the store, and can be paid in-store, over the phone or via direct deposit.
- Collection is required within 2 weeks of delivery to the store.
- If Honey Fawn Boutique receives no communication after 4 weeks of the special order delivery, the order will be considered “non-collected” and become the property of Honey Fawn Boutique and subject to clause 7.
- Non-collection of goods:
- The contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will be forfeited to Honey Fawn Boutique.
- No refunds will be provided for non-collection.
- Stock that is not collected will be placed on the floor for sale.
