Honey Fawn Boutique Special Order T&Cs

Bridal Special Order: 

1. Deposit & Payments:

a. A non refundable 50% deposit of the total sale price is required before the goods will be ordered from the designer. 

b. All deposit amounts up to 50% of the total sale price are non-refundable. 

c. Payments can be made via EFTPOS, credit card, direct deposit or through a third-party payment provider (e.g. AfterPay, ZipPay or Coogans Finance).
The purchased items remain the property of Honey Fawn Boutique until the total sale price is paid in full.

2. Collection:

a. The manufacturer's warranty is valid for 7 days once being advised of the goods arrival at Honey Fawn Boutique. 

b. A storage fee of $30 per month will be payable for any items not collected within 30 days of being notified of the goods arrival at Honey Fawn Boutique. 

c. If the purchaser does not collect their goods within 3 months of being advised of the goods arrival, the goods and all monies paid will be forfeited to Honey Fawn Boutique, without further notice. 

d. Honey Fawn Boutique is not responsible for any items once they have been collected, accepted by the Purchaser and have left the premises. 

3. Timeframes:

a. Honey Fawn Boutique is not responsible for any delays or early deliveries. Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are only estimates.

b. Honey Fawn Boutique will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred or suffered by the Purchaser due to a Force Majeure Event, including by not exclusive to factory closures, and border and/or import restrictions, that are beyond the control of Honey Fawn Boutique.

c. Purchasers submitting orders less than 8 months before the required date assume all responsibility for any resulting losses due to delays or product issues and release Honey Fawn Boutique from any liability.

d. Extra delivery times are required over the Christmas and Easter Holiday periods.

4. Measurements & Sizing:

a. The designer's size chart will be used to determine the closest standard size based on the Purchaser's measurements, which are taken at the time of the order. These measurements are for selecting a standard size and do not imply a custom-made gown. If the Purchaser's measurements fall between sizes, the larger size will be chosen unless the Purchaser requests or advises otherwise.

b. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to advise and factor any potential sizing differentiations from the measurements taken, including weight loss/gain, plastic surgery, pregnancy or substantial body change. This must be advised in writing on the order form.

c. Honey Fawn Boutique takes no responsibility for losses or mis-sizing as a result of changes in measurements taken by staff and recorded on the order form.

5. Alterations:

a. Alterations are NOT included in the cost of the goods and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

b. Honey Fawn Boutique can suggest a seamstress for alterations but takes no responsibility over the process and cost structure associated with those alterations.

6. Acceptance: In lieu of  formal written acceptance, any payment made towards the purchase of the goods is considered a formal acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Bridesmaid Orders: The bride and/or designated main contact (identified on the order form) is the legal “Purchaser” under this contract.

General Made to Order:

  3. You are required to collect your items within 7 days once contacted for manufacturer’s warranty to be applicable. 
  4. The purchased items remain the property of Honey Fawn Boutique until all monies have been paid in full.
  5. Alterations are NOT included in the cost of the garment.
  6. Honey Fawn Boutique does not accept any exchanges or refunds for change of mind.  
  7. Once items have been collected and leave the premises, they are no longer the responsibility of Honey Fawn Boutique and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or compensation in the case of a fault
  8. Non-collection of goods:
    1. If customers do not collect their goods within 1 month of being notified of delivery, then the contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will be forfeited to Honey Fawn Boutique. 
    2. No refunds will be provided for non-collection. 
    3. Stock that is not collected will be placed on the floor for sale. 
  9. Honey Fawn Boutique cannot provide a guaranteed estimate of an in-store arrival date for ordered items, and is not responsible for any deliveries delays that may occur. Extra delivery times are required over the Christmas and Easter Holiday periods. Honey Fawn Boutique will intend to update the customer as much as possible where delays occur. 
  10. Gowns are made to order to the standard generic designer size charts, therefore alterations are likely to be required at the cost of the customer. 
  11. Honey Fawn Boutique can recommend a seamstress for alterations but take no responsibility over the process and cost structure. 
  12. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the ordered size is correct at time of ordering, and any alterations required, including any alterations required from weight loss/gain, plastic surgery, pregnancy or substantial body change.
  13. In lieu of a formal written acceptance, any payment made towards the purchase is considered a formal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

 



General Special Order:

  1. A minimum 50% deposit is required for a special order. 
  2. You are deemed committed to purchase the garment that is special ordered on your behalf. 
  3. Honey Fawn Boutique will contact you as soon as it arrives in store.
  4. The remaining balance is due within 1 week of delivery to the store, and can be paid in-store, over the phone or via direct deposit. 
  5. Collection is required within 2 weeks of delivery to the store. 
  6. If Honey Fawn Boutique receives no communication after 4 weeks of the special order delivery, the order will be considered “non-collected” and become the property of Honey Fawn Boutique and subject to clause 7.
  7. Non-collection of goods:
    1. The contract will be deemed cancelled without any further notification and any monies paid will be forfeited to Honey Fawn Boutique. 
    2. No refunds will be provided for non-collection. 
    3. Stock that is not collected will be placed on the floor for sale. 
  8. Special Orders are subject to standard purchase terms & conditions, including no exchanges or refunds.
